Como se\u00f1ala el Dr. Jaime Romano (2013) <i>\u201cLas neurociencias han adquirido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os un creciente inter\u00e9s entre los estudiosos del comportamiento humano, al tiempo que los mercad\u00f3logos y los investigadores de mercado han manifestado la necesidad de contar con herramientas cient\u00edficas para poder medir el comportamiento de los consumidores. De estos intereses ha surgido el neuromarketing, sostenido en el conocimiento de las neurociencias\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo al ser una disciplina relativamente nueva y sin un claro ajuste a un perfil m\u00e1s empresarial, el desarrollo de los conceptos y t\u00f3picos de neuromarketing no est\u00e1n claramente definidos ni fortalecidos te\u00f3ricamente. Todo lo anterior aunado a los altos costos de las tecnolog\u00edas y estudios necesarios aplicados al neuromarketing, que muchas de las universidades no son capaces de adquirir o ni si quiera existe el inter\u00e9s por hacerlo.\u00a0Hasta la fecha, la aplicaci\u00f3n de este tipo de estudios han demostrado una buena correlaci\u00f3n entre los resultados de otro tipo de estudios que son m\u00e1s convencionales en el marketing, tales como los focus groups y encuestas, por lo tanto, se les considera una opci\u00f3n viable para conocer mejor los deseos del consumidor, de una manera m\u00e1s fiel y con un sustento cient\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que en estudio convencional se pueden obtener respuestas falsas, el neuromarketing es capaz de obtener directamente respuestas neurofisiol\u00f3gicas de los entrevistados, sin necesidad de interpretar una expresi\u00f3n verbal o escrita que puede ser manipulable, por lo que se convierte casi en la \u00fanica metodolog\u00eda que puede obtener\u00a0 respuestas cien por ciento confiables.<\/p>\n<p>Mucha gente cree que, aunque las neurociencias aportan herramientas muy interesantes, ligadas al funcionamiento del cerebro, tambi\u00e9n puede ser un m\u00e9todo que invade la intimidad de los consumidores para orientar sus emociones hacia ciertos productos y que adem\u00e1s como en toda ciencia, no todo est\u00e1 comprobado.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Paulina Castellanos (2013) <i>\u201cel neuromarketing puede ayudar a conocer al consumidor m\u00e1s a fondo y, de alguna manera sin equivocaciones o errores, por tratarse de una ciencia, no se puede asegurar que esta herramienta signifique el \u00e9xito, pues, siempre tendr\u00e1 que venir acompa\u00f1ada de otras t\u00e9cnicas y otras metodolog\u00edas complementarias que ayuden a obtener mejores resultados y acercarse realmente al cliente y target que la marca quiere\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>En M\u00e9xico el reto de todas las empresas que se dedican al neuromarketing es darle mayor difusi\u00f3n de los aportes de la ciencia a la mercadotecnia, para que las empresas conf\u00eden en los estudios y herramientas del neuromarketing como fMRI, EEG, MEG, PET, Eye Tracking entre otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Ante la cada vez mayor demanda de profesionales en mercadotecnia con formaci\u00f3n en neuromarketing, las universidades han comenzado&hellip;\n","protected":false},"author":49,"featured_media":6134,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-6133","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"cs-entry","8":"cs-video-wrap"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
