Hacer c\u00edrculos con la cabeza. Estirar el cuello. Estiramiento de hombros. Cruza tu brazo por debajo de la barbilla y pon la mano contraria sobre tu codo ejerciendo un poco de presi\u00f3n manteni\u00e9ndolo as\u00ed por 20 segundos. Ejercitando las mu\u00f1ecas. Despu\u00e9s de utilizar tanto el mouse, las mu\u00f1ecas se pueden entumir o acalambrar y llegan a desencadenar en dolores mayores. Para evitarlo hay que realizar los siguientes estiramientos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Primero, estira tu brazo por completo con los dedos hacia abajo. Con la otra mano ejerce presi\u00f3n sobre el reverso de la palma durante 20-30 segundos. Con la otra mano jala los dedos hacia ti durante 20 segundos.
