Que si \u00e9sto, que si el otro, el tr\u00e1fico, mucho trabajo, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Puedes detectar que est\u00e1s estresado cuando tienes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una frecuencia card\u00edaca m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida<\/li>\n<li>Latidos card\u00edacos saltones<\/li>\n<li>Respiraci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida<\/li>\n<li>Sudoraci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Temblores<\/li>\n<li>Mareo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El estr\u00e9s es muy da\u00f1ino para la salud, por eso el d\u00eda de hoy Kalochos, les comparto unos consejos para reducirlo:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Ejerc\u00edtate frecuentemente.<\/strong> Al menos 30 minutos al d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duerme bien<\/strong>, 7 u 8 horas diarias. Es el momento en que tu cuerpo recupera las energ\u00edas para el d\u00eda siguiente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Busca ayuda.<\/strong> Querer hacer todo tu mismo, puede estresarte. \u00a1Delega responsabilidades!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Socializa<\/strong>. Los momentos con la familia o amigos son importantes para relajarte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Respira profundo.<\/strong> En momentos de estr\u00e9s, respira profundo y llena tu cerebro de ox\u00edgeno.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Come saludable.<\/strong> El no comer bien o comer a deshoras te har\u00e1 estar de mal humor y estresarte m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00cdE Y SONR\u00cdE.<\/strong> Re\u00edr siempre ser\u00e1 la mejor medicina.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Como vez, hay muchas maneras de reducir el nivel de estr\u00e9s. Si vez que es una situaci\u00f3n que no puedes controlar, entonces ser\u00e1 hora de consultar a tu m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p>No hay nada como estar relajados, y tomar las situaciones de la vida, como lo que son. No te preocupes de m\u00e1s por cosas que no valen la pena o que simplemente tienen soluci\u00f3n.
